Easy Measure has been trading for the past 17 years. It is an authorised Scalex Dealer and can be viewed on www.scalex.com.
Payments and Shipping Information
All products are shipped the same day that payment is received. Payment at this stage is made electronically (EFT) into Easy Measure’s Standard Bank account.
EFT direct deposits are preferable, but cash deposits will require a handling fee of 10% for bank charges, no credit card facilities are currently available.
All prices include VAT and are subject to change without notice. Please note Easy Measure is not registered for VAT at this stage.
Products are insured for delivery via Globeflight or any other preferred courier company. Local delivery will take 1 – 2 days to reach you once payment has been received into Easy Measures bank account. International shipping should take +/- 7-12 days to reach you depending on your location. Tracking number(s) will be sent to you once goods are dispatched.
Loss or Damage
In the unlikely event that your order has been lost or damaged in transit, please contact us by email or fax within 48 hrs of receipt.
Easy Measure and Scalex guarantees all purchases for a period of twelve months from date of purchase for defective units. Units will either be replaced or repaired. Defective units must be returned to supplier at the customer’s shipment cost.
Notifications of all defective returns must first be agreed by email prior to return which could include any photographic evidence. Defective goods must be packaged carefully and if possible returned in the original packaging.
